Vanessa has worked across a variety of private sector companies in Hong Kong and China. She has held management roles in technology, sporting goods, manufacturing and supply chain companies. Her interest in heritage conservation was ignited in 2018 after she bought and restored a Grade III Heritage Building at 1 Queens Road West in Sheung Wan.
She has an MBA from INSEAD in France, and a B.A. in International Relations from Tufts University in Boston.
Roger has worked in a number of architectural practices in the UK and Hong Kong, including 17 years with John McAslan + Partners in London. He has exceptional expertise leading major projects and working with historic buildings.
In 2010, he returned to Hong Kong for the Tai Kwun project, and then served as an Adjunct Professor at the CUHK School of Architecture. From 2014, he took on the restoration and operations of Haw Par Mansion, a Grade 1 Heritage Building until the project ended in 2022.
Roger has a B.Sc and a B.Arch in Architecture from the University of Bath in the UK.
